When you know the courses that you want to play, go to our advance reservations page to select your tee-times.

Complete steps 1, 2 and 3 and remember to include your deposit.

Reserving tee-times BY FAX

You may also fax your reservations to us. Fill out steps 1 and 2 then click send. Go to step 3 and print out the credit card form and fax it to us. The fax number is 1-772-873-8090.

Deposit

Note: A non-refundable deposit of $5.00 per person per round is required to confirm your tee-times. (That amount is already included in your rate!)

Balance

Your balance must be paid within 2 weeks of the first tee-time of any package. All tee times made within 2 weeks of your tee-time must be paid in full at time of booking.

Confirmation

Once we receive your total deposit we will confirm your tee time with the golf club. Once all payments have been received by Florida Tee Times Inc., we will send your vouchers to you by e-mail or fax within 24 hours along with all pertinent information regarding your tee times.

Your voucher is your proof of payment. Remember to take it with you when you check in at the Pro Shop.

Cancellations and refunds

Please understand that we have contracts to honor. Each golf course has it's own strict cancellation/refund policy. Generally cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your first scheduled tee-time. However, there are clubs, whose cancellation policy differs from this. In every case you will be informed of the cancellation policy for every course on your itinerary.

Cancellations made 48 hours or more of any starting time will receive a refund of the total paid for that portion of any package minus a 15% service charge (minimum fee $10.00/p).

Cancellations nearer than 48 hours of any starting time will receive no refund.

Cancellations must be made through Florida Tee-Times Inc. during regular business hours. Reservations are considered cancelled only when Florida Tee-Times Inc. has notified the golf course. The time of the request of cancellation and also the time of actual cancellation with the golf course, will be the determining factor in all refunds. No refunds will be issued for unused portions of your package once any portion has been used. No refunds will be issued for unused vouchers received later than 30 days of the voucher date.

Changes

Once your tee times have been confirmed, you will be allowed one change to your itinerary at no additional charge. Each change thereafter will incur a charge of $10.00. All changes must be made with Florida Tee-Times Inc.

The time of the request of cancellation and also the time of actual cancellation with the golf course, will be the determining factor in all refunds.

· Once your tee time/s have been confirmed, you will be allowed one change to your itinerary at no extra charge. Each change thereafter will incur a minimum additional charge of $15.00. All changes must be made through Florida Tee-Times Inc.
